Telehealth: Online Mental Health Treatment
PSYCHIATRIC ASSESSMENT
& TREATMENT
We start by having you meet with our experienced Psychiatrist to get an evaluation of your mental (and overall) health. During this first visit, we’re focused on getting an accurate diagnosis and starting a treatment plan for you. Our Psychiatrist may prescribe medication to make your symptoms more manageable, and our Nurse Practitioners monitor your progress and adjust your dosage as necessary.
ONLINE
INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING
Going to individual counseling sessions gives a patient their Counselor’s undivided attention as they explore their mental health issues at their own pace. Our video telehealth therapy makes it convenient to be in touch with your Counselor when you need them. Each one-on-one counseling session is a great opportunity to peel back a new layer of your mental health as we work towards finding and addressing the underlying causes of your issues.
ONLINE
GROUP THERAPY
\We’ve found that group therapy gives people an opportunity to find support and solidarity from others who face similar challenges in their lives. Because mental health conditions can often make someone feel alone or isolated, these group therapy sessions are a chance for them to connect and bond with their peers in a meaningful way. And through our virtual telehealth format, it’s easier and more convenient than ever to join a group session.
